As an Admin of a Group Account you can disable some app features for Members of your group. If you're not certain what are the user roles in your group, check out the Roles in Group Accounts article first.
Disable voice chat for Group Members
If your school or company have a strict policy against using voice communication software or have a designated app for that, you can disable Explain Everything's voice chat feature to Members of your group.

- Select your Profile Picture and choose My Account.
- Scroll down to the App Configuration section and select Configure.
- Select the Security and Integration section on the bottom.
- Under Restriction for members, switch the Can't use voice chat option to ON.
- Scroll back up and select Deploy Settings to enable the changes you've made to your Group.

- Select your Profile Picture and choose My Account.
- Scroll down to the App Configuration section and select Configure.
- Select the Security and Integration section on the bottom.
