You can merge, rename, duplicate and delete your projects as well as organize them in folders.
Within the app:
In the Library you can find and easily manage all your projects and folders, access your Explain Drive, as well as projects shared with you by others.
Merging projects: merge two projects by selecting and holding the first one, then dragging and dropping it on the top of another one. Finish by selecting Merge project. You can also start with Select in the upper right corner, then choose which projects you'd like to merge, select Merge and finish by entering the new project's name and selecting Merge projects.
Creating new folders: select and hold one project, then drag and drop it on top of another, select Create new folder to create a folder with both projects included. You can also create an empty folder by selecting New Folder, entering its name and finish by selection of Create.
Moving project to folder: start with Select in the upper right corner, then decide which project you'd like to move, select Move and choose one of the folders.
Deleting projects: start with Select in the upper right corner, then choose the project you'd like to delete, select Delete and confirm to delete the selected item. You can also select the three dots visible right next to project's name, then select those once again, and finish by choosing Delete.
Duplicating projects: select the three dots visible right next to project's name, then select those once again and finish by choosing Duplicate.
Changing project's name: select the three dots visible right next to project's name, then select those once again, choose Rename and finish the process by selecting Change Name.
By going to Explain Drive:
Deleting projects: go to your Explain Drive account, then select the project you'd like to delete, and select the three dots to access the advanced options. Finish the process by selecting Delete and confirm by choosing Yes. Please remember that the project will be deleted permanently and you will not be able to retrieve it.
Editing details: go to your Explain Drive account, select the project with details you'd like edit, select the three dots to access the editing options, and then choose Edit details. You can now easily change project's name or its cover, add a description, category, and target audience.
Within the app:
