If you’ve purchased an Explain Everything subscription through the App Store, yet you still don't seem to be able to access the premium features you might need to restore your purchase. Restoring your purchase is a way of gaining or regaining access to a purchase you made in the App Store along with all of its premium features. Tip If you have switched devices or accounts and would like to have access to previously created projects that were stored locally on your old device, you will want to first Export them to Explain Everything Drive cloud storage before restoring your purchase. After successfully signing into your account on the new device, you will be able to download your projects from the cloud onto your current device or access them through your Explain Everything Drive.
Follow these steps to quickly gain or regain access to your paid account. If you aren't signed in to an account, skip to Step 5.
- Go to the ◦◦◦ Menu
- Tap on your Username.
- Select Edit profile.
- Select the Sign Out option.
- Select 'Sign in or create an account'.
- From the list of options select 'Restore Purchase'.
- This should automatically sign you into the account which is attached to the subscription.
If if didn't work, please make sure that you purchased the subscription using your Apple account.
Tip Providing your email address to create your account will make the login process easier and will allow you to use your Explain Everything account across different platforms.
